Why Rise To Leadership Program?

We need more women in leadership positions!

According to McKinsey & Company’s 2019 report “Women in the Workplace,”


* Women occupy nearly half of the entry-level positions in many industries.
* As women progress the leadership journey, 10 to 40% drop out at every stage of the corporate ladder,  from entry to the C-suite.
* This pattern results in the executive level comprising only 33% of women, as the World Economic Forum highlighted in 2023.

In other words, women’s unique values and contributions are not being maximised.

This program lays the foundation for leadership growth, empowering participants to master self-leadership, build their brand, and gain the confidence necessary for higher leadership responsibilities. This program gives women the tools, systems and strategies to develop self-awareness, raise their aspirations, get visible, ask for the next leadership role and thrive despite all the hurdles. Using the Accelerated Leadership Framework, participants will discover and leverage their unique value and strength for a greater impact on their organisation and community.
